that may not be easy to distinguish at first glance.

Can 925 sterling silver tarnish?
Yes. 925 sterling silver can darken or tarnish over time, especially when
it is not worn or cleaned properly.
Contact with chemicals, such as those used in swimming pools, spas and thermal baths, as well as with seawater, can accelerate this process.

Should silver jewellery get wet?
We do not recommend getting sterling silver and natural stone jewellery
wet.
Although some hard natural stones and silver can withstand occasional contact with clean water, it is important to dry the jewellery thoroughly afterwards, as silver can tarnish.
Some stones, such as turquoise, opal, sodalite and malachite, are porous and should not get wet. It should also be taken into account that certain types of settings or mountings are not suitable for contact with water.
Under no circumstances do we recommend getting silver and natural stone jewellery wet in salt water, chlorinated water or water containing other chemicals.
For this reason, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming in the sea, in a swimming pool, in a spa or in a thermal bath.

Does silver jewellery cause allergies?
925 sterling silver is generally well tolerated and is considered a
suitable material for people with sensitive skin.
However, no claim regarding its hypoallergenic properties can be applied to people who have a specific allergy or sensitivity to silver or to any of the components of the jewellery.

How should I clean silver jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking as good as it did on the first day, it is
advisable to clean it before storing it and always keep it in a separate
bag to prevent it from being scratched.
Creams, perfumes and make-up can leave marks and cause silver to lose its shine.
Silver jewellery can be cleaned with a special silver polishing cloth or other products specifically designed for this purpose.
