Free Delivery
We offer all our customers free standard delivery on orders over € 120.
Additionally, we offer a subsidized 24h express delivery within Spain for just € 4.99 on orders over € 120.
When will we ship your order?
- • Standard shipping orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 9:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
- • Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be shipped the next working day.
- • Express shipping orders placed before 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the next working day.
- • All standard deliveries are handled by Correos España and include a tracking number.
Free Returns
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry — we offer free returns for all orders.
How to request a return?
- Log in to your customer account.
- Go to the order you wish to return (full or partial).
- Click the “Request Return” button.
- Fill out the form and click “Submit Return Request”.
- Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a return label with a barcode.
- Take your parcel to a Post office and show the label on your phone, or print it and attach it to the package.
- • You have 15 days to return the item(s).
- • Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 have an extended return window until January 15.
- • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Orders under € 120:
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the product amount, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping is free.
The refund will be processed within 24 hours using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Orders over € 120:
Once we receive the returned item, the full order amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
Refund for Damaged Items
If you’ve received an item that was damaged during shipping, you can return it by following these steps:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Go to the order you wish to return (full or partial).
- Click the “Request Return” button.
- Fill out the form and click “Submit Return Request”.
- Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a return label with a barcode.
- Take your parcel to a Correos office and show the label on your phone, or print it and attach it to the package.
- • You have 15 days to return the item.
- • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- • Once we receive the returned item, you’ll be refunded the full purchase amount within 24 hours.
